ABOUT US

Face to Face

Working adults can live healthily,
Cultivating organizations and fostering human relationships

An organization is a group of people.

The reason people gather together is also because it shows the wisdom of survival in the harsh natural world of this planet.

Therefore, humans are creatures who cannot survive alone.

Because humans are creatures who cannot survive alone, each and every one of us is born with unique and wonderful value and mission.

People form organizations in order to maximize the innate value of each individual and fulfill their mission while complementing each other.

In order for people to live prosperously and happily in society, they must develop the sociality of being human beings who live among other people.

We are born as "people" and learn various things to live as human beings through relationships between people.

I think it's growing into a human being.

We grow as human beings by nurturing the wisdom and strength needed to transform ourselves into human beings within an "organization," a group of people.

Therefore, an organization must be a fertile soil that nurtures people's ability to live as human beings.
We learn how to live among people, feel the joy of living among people as human beings,

We will continue to cultivate an organization that will enable each individual to fully realize their potential and capabilities, and nurture these people.

[Our Declaration]

The value we hold most dear is "ethics as OD consultants."

As OD consultants, we are aware of the danger and weight of system processes.

We always face the system with determination and passion.

Based on these shared values, we respect each other's differences,

While they complement each other, they form an organization that operates completely autonomously.

Each of us lives independently.

We share the same values that we hold dear,

Our plans place the utmost importance on building connections that will enable us to pass on a better Japan to the next generation.

Therefore, we are evaluated based on the value of our contribution to the market, and our survival is determined.

We aim to "cultivate organizations and nurture people" so that our existence can bring smiles and happiness to everyone.

With this mission in mind, I will utilize myself, equipped with a strong on-site sense and deep insight, as my most important resource.

And we will continue to stand firm in our determination, no matter how difficult the situation.

We believe in the potential that each and every person has, and we work together with our clients.

Have the strength to continue to be there, and have an insatiable desire for inquiry, curiosity, and passion, "here and now"

I am putting my heart and soul into what I can do.

This will inspire hope and courage in all those involved with us,

It brings smiles and happiness to everyone.
